Step 4 - Make-Up and Freckles
Her skin tone is already really nice, so we don’t need to do anything to it, but we are going to darken the eyes a little, and brighten the lips.

Using the Paint brush, Soft Round, 10% and about size 3, outline the eyes as you’d like the make-up to look.



Use the pen tool to outline the lips, and then make it into a selection as we did earlier.  Adjust the Hue/Saturation until the lips are the color you’d like.



Add some freckles!  Select a darker color form her skin tone in the area you’re adding the freckles.  Add a new layer over top of the face.  Use the paint brush, again with opacity 10% or lighter, using a Hard Round brush.  Click several times in one area to apply freckles.  Adjust the size of the brush as you go along for variation.
