Step 4 - Rendering it
Once the selection is created, go up to the top menu of Adobe Photoshop. Find Edit > Copy. Then after that hit Edit > Paste. Alright, now if you take a look at your Layers box you'll see that you have 2 layers. The background and the frog. Make sure the background still has everything in it including the frog. Take a look at mine above as a guide.
