Step 4 - Finishing Touches


Finally, let's repeat the exact same technique for the gargoyle, and add some text to finish off our forum signature.  On the text, I used a default outer glow.  I also positioned the gargoyle behind the blurred background from the Orc, to give a bit more of a faded look.  Of course these same principles can applied to any style of forum.  For example, let's take a polar extreme, like a Hello Kitty forum.  You would simply substitute the bloody background with some purplish/red hearts, and then throw Hello Kitty in to replace the Orc.  You'd then repeat the same technique, except substitute the crimson color with one appropriate to the background colors, and rinse and repeat.

So there you have it!  You're ready to invade and conquer all of Middle Earth!
