MAKE A HAPPY PICTURE SAD : ADDING RAIN

Step 1 - Introduction


In this tutorial I am going to walk you through the process of adding rain to an image that doesn't have it.  In order to make it a bit more interesting, I chose a picture that features a body of water, that way I could illustrate how to add water ripples (which is very simple and amounts to no more than using a filter).
